Return and Refund policy

At AMOR VINCIT, every piece of jewellery is thoughtfully designed and carefully packed. Customer

satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide a transparent and smooth shopping experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

• The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Earrings, nose pins, and other pierced jewellery

• Custom-made or personalized jewellery

• Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

1. Email us at care@amorvincit.in within 48 hours of receiving your order

2. Mention your Order ID and attach clear images/videos showing the issue

3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

• If the return is approved due to a mistake from our end (damaged or incorrect item), we will arrange a

reverse pickup or reimburse the return shipping cost

• In other approved cases, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer

5. Refund Policy

• Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed

• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days

• Any shipping or COD charges are non-refundable

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted
